Don't insure your phone with them if you are after good service and a quick turnaround.
Logged a damage claim online with them for phone damage. Got an email saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. No call. Called up and had 2 days of being told my claim is being issued to another team to be logged. Took near on 3 days for them to confirm my claim and arrange to collect which then couldn't be until Friday. So that was a week gone.
It then arrived at their "repair" center yet they can't actually repair anything thing, so after 2 days with them, they sent it to Apple. Im them told that apple cant send it back to me directly and has to go back to them to 'check' because apparently Apple can't be trusted to repair their own devices probably which has caused me either further delays in getting my phone back. My phone is used for a vital part of my business and now the delays are costing me financially.
There are so many insurance companies that will do a straight replacement on a damaged phone or allow you to go directly to apple to get it fixed and reimburse you. Go with them!!

I’ve never had to claim but I’m sure if I did it would be an efficient process.

I opened a claim over the weekend due to my phone screen malfunctioning, after doing my research this is a very common complaint with Samsung foldables at the crease.
It said somebody was going to call me after I submitted the claim, but no mention on when this will be!
I'm currently still waiting on proof of usage information from my provider, it can take up to 72 hours, but I now have the proof of purchase to send off.
The problem is I cannot add this to the claim I've opened because I cannot find it on my account portal.
Do I have to open another claim to add this? And am I able to speak to anyone?
The last time I had to make a claim on anything was last year with a different insurer for a broken tv, I got a call back from a technician in less than 12 hours of opening my claim at a weekend. Within 48 hours I knew what was to happen, the delivery dates for the replacement took longer than the claim did.
I wish I had this luck with my phone insurance!

I took out contents insurance as I have a fao few expensive electrical items in my house. Apart from having issues logging in to my account everything went smooth enough. I took photos and uploaded them of the items I want insure and I hope I never have to make a claim. Its nice to have that piece of mind in case the worst was to happen snd for less than £5 a month I'm happy enough.

During 7 years, I insured 8 iPhones with so-sure, I paid regularly and I've never been late.
On January 7th this year, my iPhone was stolen, I reported it to the police, case was accepted, phone has been blocked and blacklisted. I sent it to so - sure with all required documents,including created additional account and registering the stolen phone in "lost property" (extra fees). After a few days I got a response that the claim can't be covered because I put my phone at risk of theft!! What a ridiculous explanation!!!
So why do we insure ours phones, laptops, cars or houses? not because we are afraid of the risk of damage or theft, it’s to be safe. i feel like someone robbed me a second time . I feel robbed by the company that I trusted for 6 years and let them take care of my eight iPhones.
Highly NOT recommended!!!

Lost me phone and had replacement with 5 days! Really quick and helpful through out and really friendly. Overall very straightforward, no trouble getting through to speak to someone and even included next day delivery of replacement phone without any extra cost. Couldn’t fault them!
